While making this Project, I developed a comprehensive Power BI dashboard covering finance, sales, marketing, and supply chain views. Key components include:
1. Finance View: Created profit and loss statements, DAX measures, and line charts for performance trends.
2. Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain View: Built visuals for top products, markets, regions, and optimized supply chain performance.
3. Interactive Features: Used bookmarks, page navigation buttons, dynamic titles, and conditional formatting.

I developed the Ecowheels Power BI dashboard to analyze the Indian electric vehicle (EV) market, focusing on sales trends, market performance by state, and manufacturer insights. The dashboard is designed to support data-driven decision-making for businesses and policymakers interested in the growing EV sector.

Key sections include:
1. Overview: Market snapshot, sales, and growth trends.
2. State Analysis: Sales by state, highlighting growth potential.
3. Makers Analysis: Manufacturer performance insights.
4. Comparative Analysis: Growth comparison across states and makers.

Using datasets covering state-wise sales and fiscal data, I applied Power BI for data modeling, DAX for calculations, and Python for data cleaning. The dashboard reveals trends like the rise of 2-wheelers in Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities, emphasizing after-sales support as a key factor in market adoption.
