LioJotstar Merger Analysis supports the strategic merger between telecom leader Lio and OTT platform Jotstar, aiming to unify subscriber reach and enhance content diversity.

I independently built an interactive Power BI report using SQL and DAX to answer key business questions across:

✔️ Performance Overview – Tracked key business metrics and user growth
✔️ Subscription & Demographics – Compared user base by age group and city tier
✔️ Churning & Retention Analysis – Evaluated upgrade/downgrade behavior and retention flow
✔️ Inactivity & Consumption Behaviour – Identified content preferences and inactive user patterns

Using a Snowflake-style data model and advanced DAX techniques like TREATAS and USERELATIONSHIP, I resolved data relationship gaps and delivered strategic insights to support post-merger planning, retention strategies, and platform optimization.

Avg Fare per Trip Jaipur had highest fare (₹483.92), Surat lowest (₹117.27). Mysore most expensive/km (₹15.14), Indore cheapest (₹10.90).

Peak: Feb-2024, Low: Jun-2024 in most cities. Jaipur had highest trips (12.4K), Mysore lowest (2K). Helped spot seasonal demand trends.

Goodcabs is a rapidly growing cab service operating in tier-2 cities in India. With ambitious targets for 2024 and a focus on enhanced passenger satisfaction, Goodcabs needed to transition from intuition-based decisions to a data-driven strategy.

In this project, I worked independently to analyze and visualize trip data using SQL to address key business questions, focusing on:

✔️ Overall trip volume and distribution by city
✔️ Fare efficiency and average fare per trip
✔️ Passenger segmentation and ratings (new vs. repeat)
✔️ Identification of peak and low-demand months for each city
✔️ Weekday versus weekend trip trends
✔️ Frequency of repeat trips and calculation of Repeat Passenger Rate
✔️ Contribution of each city to the overall trip count

This analysis provided actionable insights to optimize operations, improve service quality, and support strategic decision-making for Goodcabs' continued growth.

Business Insights 360 is AtliQ Hardware’s shift from Excel reports to interactive Power BI dashboards after underperformance in the US market highlighted the need for better insights.

I built a centralized BI solution to address key business questions across:

✔️ Finance – Net sales, margin, and cost trends
✔️ Sales – Product/channel performance, YTD/YTG tracking
✔️ Marketing – Campaign and regional impact
✔️ Supply Chain – Inventory flow and COGS
✔️ Executive – Cross-functional KPIs for leadership

AtliQ Hardware is one of the fastest-growing consumer electronics companies with operations across multiple global regions. Despite strong sales in many markets, they encountered continuous losses in Latin America. To address this, AtliQ began leveraging analytics to shift from intuition-led to data-driven decision-making.

In this project, I analyzed and visualized their sales data in Excel and answered critical business questions related to:

✔️ Customer performance and purchasing trends
✔️ Product-wise and market-wise sales performance
✔️ Profitability analysis across divisions and geographies
✔️ Identification of top/bottom performing products
