In this project, I worked with AtliQ Hardware, a company supplying computer hardware across India, to create a comprehensive sales dashboard using Power BI. The sales director faced challenges due to a dynamic market and declining overall sales. Previously, insights were communicated verbally by regional managers, leading to incomplete and unreliable data. The goal was to provide a clear, data-driven view of sales performance across different regions—North, South, and Central India—through an accessible daily dashboard. By visualizing key sales metrics and trends, the dashboard facilitated better decision-making and addressed the frustrations of managing a large-scale business with evolving needs. This tool enabled the sales director to track performance accurately and implement strategies to boost sales effectively.

Designed and developed an interactive loan management dashboard using Excel to enhance the analysis of banking loan data. The dashboard integrates various loan metrics, including applications, funded amounts, and repayment trends, into a visually compelling format. Leveraging Excel’s powerful features, I created dynamic PivotTables, utilized Power Query for data transformation, and employed advanced charts and maps for insightful visualizations. This project provides a comprehensive view of loan performance and trends, enabling informed decision-making and efficient portfolio management."

This project aims to analyze and optimize Shield Insurance’s customer acquisition, revenue growth, and business performance using detailed insights. Key objectives include:
Customer & Revenue Growth Tracking:-Track customer acquisition and revenue trends on a daily and monthly basis. Identify areas of growth and improvement.
Month-over-Month Trend Monitoring:-Monitor changes in policy sales and identify trends over time. Provide insights on fluctuations and emerging patterns.
Segmentation by Age & Region:-Segment customer data by age group and geographic location. Uncover insights into different customer preferences and behaviors.
Age Group Impact on Policy Preferences:-Examine the role of various age groups in selecting policies and making settlements. Offer insights into product preferences and customer needs.
Sales Mode Impact:-Analyze the performance of different sales modes (offline/online). Understand how sales channels affect revenue generation and customer acquisition.

In this project, I developed a Power BI report for key stakeholders in sales, marketing, finance, and executive teams. The goal was to create a robust and interactive data model that could handle complex datasets while delivering clear and actionable insights.

◙ Skills Enhanced: Utilized advanced Power Query for data transformation and complex DAX formulas for deeper analysis.
◙ User Experience: Focused on intuitive design, using dashboard principles and interactive features like bookmarks.

The report was deployed via Power BI Service, allowing for real-time access and feedback from stakeholders. By analyzing key metrics across departments, the report empowered teams to make informed, data-driven decisions, fostering a culture of analytical thinking within the organization.
