I worked as a Data Analyst at Xyle.Media in Gurgaon, where I analyzed Google Ads and internal CMS data using Excel and Power BI. I built interactive dashboards to track key performance indicators such as impressions, clicks, spend, CTR, conversions, and CPA. These dashboards and performance reports helped stakeholders understand campaign trends and make informed decisions around optimization and budget allocation. By using data-driven insights to refine bids and budgets, I consistently supported campaigns in maintaining a 25%+ profit margin.

Database Support Engineer (March 2022 – June 2023)

During my 1.4 years at STJ Electronics Pvt Ltd, I played a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our attendance software. My responsibilities included running SQL queries to maintain and manipulate data, which ensured the accuracy of our database. I installed and managed SQL Server, MySQL, and Oracle databases, connecting client machines through ODBC and migrating databases to the latest versions. To prevent data loss, I regularly backed up databases. I also created daily reports in Excel, tracking ticket status and progress, which provided valuable insights for the team. Additionally, I cleaned and prepared employee data in Excel for integration into the software and trained new clients on its use. This experience sharpened my skills in data management and analytics, particularly with tools like SQL and Excel, aligning well with my interest in data analytics.
