Project Details

This project analyzes India’s rapidly evolving EV ecosystem to identify high-impact market expansion opportunities for global companies. With exponential industry growth, the objective was to determine optimal investment locations for long-term returns. Using Power BI, I developed an interactive dashboard to transform complex data into actionable insights across market trends, vehicle segments, regional growth, infrastructure, and policy impact.

Key findings include a 93.9% CAGR, dominance of 2-wheelers (91% share), strong revenue growth (171%), and projected sales of 54.2M units by 2030. The analysis also highlights emerging states and the critical role of charging infrastructure in adoption.

The Marketing Intelligence & Consumer Conversion Dashboard analyzes consumer behavior and marketing performance for CodeX Energy Drink. Using Power BI, I developed an interactive dashboard to convert raw survey data into actionable insights across awareness, conversion funnel, segmentation, city-level strategy, competitive analysis, and product innovation. The analysis reveals strong awareness driven by digital channels but highlights retention as a key gap. It also identifies young consumers as the primary target segment, while competitors lead in brand image and taste.
