Revenue is great in weekdays compares to weekends . We also see that Cancellation is nearby 25 % and analyse why it happen and try to reduce.

In Weekends Occupancy % is higher than weekdays , so company give more offers to the customers to attract.

Project Details

The primary goal of this project is to create a comprehensive dashboard and generate valuable insights from AtliQ Grands' historical data. This will support the revenue management team in making informed decisions to drive business growth and enhance market share.
Develop key performance metrics as specified by the stakeholders. These include:

Revenue per Available Room (RevPAR)
Average Daily Rate (ADR)
Occupancy Rate (%)
Cancellation %
DBRN or Daily Booked Room Nights
DSRN or Daily sellable Room Nights
