This project aimed to create a versatile, unified report catering to stakeholders in sales, marketing, finance, and the executive team. The core focus included three key elements: robust data modeling, user-centric report design, and drillable insights.

Skills and knowledge gained encompassed Power Query proficiency, basic and complex DAX formulas, complex data modeling across more than 10 interconnected tables, visualization selection, dashboard design principles, bookmark utilization, and deployment on the Power BI service. Incorporating stakeholder feedback for continuous improvement was a vital aspect. The project covered a spectrum of metrics, spanning sales, marketing, finance, and supply chain.

In summary, this project embodies a holistic and data-driven approach to reporting, empowering stakeholders to make well-informed, strategic decisions across departments.

Analysed booking channels to identify the most effective ones, refining marketing and distribution strategies.

Skill Development:
The project also enhanced my Python skills, refining data analysis, visualization, and programming proficiency. In conclusion, this project enriched my understanding of the intricacies of the hospitality business while honing my programming acumen.
