This project involves designing a comprehensive Power BI dashboard for an FMCG company to analyze key business metrics across sales, finance, marketing, and supply chain functions. Using data from multiple sources, the dashboard offers executive-level insights such as net sales trends, profit margins, customer segmentation, and forecast accuracy.

Key features include interactive slicers, drill-through filters, and visualizations like bubble charts, bar graphs, and KPI cards, enabling dynamic exploration of data by year, region, and product category. The financial section presents a detailed Profit & Loss comparison with benchmarks, while marketing and supply chain views highlight market share and risk categories.

The dashboard helps stakeholders identify growth opportunities, underperforming segments, and customer value, supporting data-driven decisions. This project strengthened my skills in Power Query, DAX, and dashboard storytelling.

Using Pivot Tables, Slicers and Charts , the dashboard allows users to filter and view insights based on outlets, item categories, and ratings.

The goal of this dashboard is to help business track performance in a single view and support decision-making based on sales data trends. The design is clean and focused on usability for non-technical users.
