Project Details

Project Overview: I created a dashboard for AtliQ Hardware, a company that sells computer hardware in India, to help them understand their business performance and make data-driven decisions.
Data Sources: I used data from Excel/CSV files and a MySQL database, and integrated them into Power BI using Power Query and DAX.
Data Analysis and Visualization: I developed a data model and created various charts and visuals to show the financial, sales, marketing, supply chain, and executive performance of the company.
Dashboard Interactivity: I also added features such as filters, slicers, drill-downs, and tooltips to make the dashboard interactive and user-friendly.
Performance Improvement: I optimized the dashboard’s performance using DAX Studio and best practices, resulting in a faster and more efficient report.
Business Impact: The dashboard helps AtliQ Hardware to identify its strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats, and areas for improvement.

In this project, I carefully examined AtliQ Hardware's top markets, products, key customers, and best-selling products by analyzing net sales data. Our findings were pivotal in improving operations and making informed strategic choices for the company.

During this project, I gained valuable insights and skills. I figured out who the top customers were, which products performed the best, and the most important markets for AtliQ. I also understood how AtliQ runs its business and manages its sales. This project allowed me to help the company grow and compete better, it also boosted my knowledge of business and its sales.

Problem Statement
Atliq Grands, a well-established entity in India's hotel industry, is currently facing competition and a decline in revenue. To address these issues, the management team has chosen to leverage data and strategic insights. Lacking internal data expertise, they have enlisted external assistance to analyze the situation, provide actionable insights, and devise effective strategies for customer retention and revenue growth.

The goal of this project is to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the hotel domain using Python. By employing data-driven insights and strategic recommendations, I aim to empower Atliq Grands to make informed decisions and regain a competitive edge in the industry.
