Project Details

AtliQ Hardware is a company which growing fastely in recent years and actively sells products in across world.
This Company which sells computer and computer accessories across globe through three channel

- Retailers
- Direct
- Distributors

But the company faced problems to complete with competitors, in which declined market share and net profit, operational expenses (ads-promotions expenses) increased rapidly, increased net error % and also losing revenue generation ability in few market & region.

In this project my goal is to implement advanced analytics in power bi that will provide insights to take informed decisions.

One report / Dashboard which could be used by stakeholders from finance, sales, marketing and supply chain team, in which one dashboard could be used by executives that will help takes big decisions for company to regain.
