Due to the company's heavy reliance on Excel for data analysis, significant losses occurred in certain regions. Senior management initiated a data analytics project using the previous year's data to improve performance.

💼 Finance View: Analyzes Gross Margin (GM), Net Profit (NP), and Net Sales (NS) with performance trends over time.

📊 Sales View: Evaluates customer and product performance, unit economics, and key metrics like NS and GM%.

🚚 Supply Chain View: Examines forecast accuracy, net error, trends, and key metrics by customer and product.

In this HR Analytics project, an interactive dashboard was created to analyze and visualize employee attrition patterns. The dashboard provides a comprehensive view of key metrics such as total employees, attrition rate, average age, salary, and tenure.

It offers insights into attrition by education, age, job satisfaction, salary, years at the company, and job role. Notably, the data shows higher attrition rates among employees aged 26-35 and those with life sciences or medical backgrounds, with sales executives and research scientists being the most affected.

This dashboard equips HR managers with the tools to identify critical attrition areas and develop targeted retention strategies. By leveraging these insights, the organization can make data-driven decisions to enhance workforce stability and reduce turnover rates

I followed these 3 Steps in workflows for AtliQ Hardware Consumer Goods Ad-Hoc-Insights -

📊 Handling Ad-hoc Queries:
Addressed 10 on-the-spot requests with SQL basics like WHERE, GROUP BY, ORDER BY, JOINS, CTE, WINDOW FUNCTION, etc. Ensured accuracy and speed in fetching data for each query.

📈 Power BI Visualization:
Transformed query results into easy-to-grasp visuals using Power BI Utilized common charts like bars, pies, maps, donuts, and lines for effective data representation.

🎥 Insight Presentation:
Presented insights in an engaging video format, explaining observations and recommendations clearly. Aimed for clarity and understanding in delivering actionable insights.
