About Me

Greetings, recruiters!
I'm an aspiring Data Analyst with a strong foundation in data visualization and analytics. Currently, I am working as a Freelance Subject Expert at Codebasics.
Armed with master’s degree in computer applications, I ventured into the world of Cognos and .NET development. It was fulfilling journey until 2016, when an unexpected twist in my career led me to take much-needed break from the industry.
I came back in Dec’22 eager to dive into data visualization and analysis. I’ve been learning Power BI, Excel, SQL and Python to keep up with the industry’s latest tools and techniques.
Despite having industry experience in data visualization, I wanted to apply my knowledge in real-world scenarios. To do this, I willingly took on multiple challenges and created various portfolio projects. These projects granted me hands-on experience and enriched my understanding of the industry.

Project Details

To enhance the sales of CodeX’s energy drinks, conducted a comprehensive survey across top 10 cities of India. Using advanced SQL queries, I derived detailed insights across various categories, ultimately optimize the database for better performance.
The industry survey is conducted annually to assess the product’s market reach. To ensure our SQL queries respond seamlessly without code changes, I created multiple VIEWS with aggregate functions. As we know, Views automatically updated when data is added or removed from the database.
Just one click of refresh is enough to obtains up-to-date insights.

The main goal of this project is to empower decision-makers with actionable insights by consolidating and visualizing data from various sources. The project utilizes Power BI's robust data visualization capabilities to create interactive and dynamic dashboards, reports, and analytics.

This involves tracking key metrics and creating visual representations of daily trends over time. Filters are included for efficient analysis based on various factors.
This has separate pages for Executives, Sales-Mode and Age-Group will allow for in-depth understanding of their impact on the business.

Pages are designed to display a warning message when benchmark data is unavailable, Bookmarks have been added in the button to facilitate the visual and conditional formatting has been applied to highlight the highest revenue in each sales mode and age group.

Deals with user growth before and after 5G, providing the market share of the organization and a city-wise revenue breakdown

This page offers revenue insights, compares average revenue per user with 5G, and also shares the revenue trend by period

This project offers various insights from different perspective including users, market share comparison between 4g & 5g, annual revenue comparison, demographic revenue and plan wise revenue comparison.
To provide better insights, I utilized arithmetic calculations such as SUM, SUMIF, AVERAGEIF, and XLOOKUP features on the user, market share, and annual growth report pages.
Also, I utilized Pivot Tables and Power Query to design yearly plan-wise reports and demographic breakdowns
