Faced with declining bookings, the objective was to identify key performance metrics and insights from historical data. Utilizing Power BI, data was imported, transformed, and visualized, showcasing room-class performance, property comparisons, and city trends. Key DAX calculations enabled dynamic metrics, while an interactive dashboard was developed to facilitate easy exploration of the data.
