This project analyzes AtliQ Grands, a luxury hotel chain in India, which is facing declining market share and revenue in the luxury and business hotel segment. The goal is to leverage historical data to provide actionable insights and support strategic business decisions.
2. Objective
The main objective is to generate data-driven recommendations to help AtliQ improve revenue management, optimize occupancy, and regain market share through actionable insights derived from historical performance data.
3. Task List
Create metrics as per the provided list, including revenue, occupancy, cancellation rates, and property ratings.
Develop an interactive dashboard aligned with stakeholder mock-ups, enabling dynamic exploration of data across cities, properties, and room types.
Derive additional insights beyond the mock-up to identify trends, opportunities, and risks impacting hotel performance.
