AtliQ Hardware, a computer hardware manufacturing company, expanded into Latin America based on surveys and intuition, which unfortunately led to a decline in sales. To rectify this, the company is shifting towards more data-driven decision-making.
Financial Insights:
Analysis of net sales, gross margin and profit trends. Discovered P&L statement with YOY growth.
◾ Marketing Insights:
Insights could cover customer demographics, segment performance based on category of product placement and net profit metrics.
◾ Sales Insights:
Data could reveal top-selling products, sales trends, customer purchasing behaviour over time.
◾ Supply Chain Section Insights:
Explored the variance of forecast accuracy, net error and absolute error and demand for the products that is optimized for efficient management.
◾ Executive Insights:
Listed the top 5 customers and products by revenue contribution and key metrics of manufacturer over product
