The Power BI report includes six key pages, each catering to specific business needs:

✅ Finance Page – Facilitates financial planning with insights into P&L, customer profitability, and top/bottom-performing products.
✅ Sales Page – Focuses on revenue growth, customer performance, and sales trends.
✅ Marketing Page – Analyzes segment performance through Gross Margin % and Net Profit %, improving brand engagement.
✅ Supply Chain Page – Enhances inventory and supplier management with Forecast Accuracy and Net Error metrics.
✅ Executive Page – Provides a high-level overview of Net Sales, Gross Margin %, Net Profit %, key customers/products, and regional trends, supporting leadership decisions.

Project Details

The OFR (Order Fill Rate) Project at Varun Beverages Limited (VBL) focuses on analyzing sales order performance and identifying key factors affecting order fulfillment. The project examines order quantity, dispatched quantity, and the reasons for order rejections from January 1, 2021, to July 18, 2021. Major rejection causes include stock unavailability (963K+ cases), trade age issues (331K+ cases), lack of appointment dates (152K+ cases), overdue outstanding payments, and higher discount-related constraints. The project covers multiple plants and depots, ensuring a detailed breakdown of performance by region, product category, and pack size. The objective is to optimize supply chain operations, minimize rejections, and improve order fulfillment rates. By addressing bottlenecks in inventory, logistics, and payment management, the project aims to enhance distribution efficiency and customer satisfaction, ensuring a more reliable supply chain for VBL's operations. 🚀
