AtilQ mart is a manufacturing company, looking to expand its business. But the company's customers didn't renew their annual contract due to issues with the product delivery. The management requested the analytics team for insights into the current manufacturing locations.

Order analytics give insights into past orders over different locations and important customers.

Delay orders provide no. of days the product is being delayed at different locations and which category of products are more delayed.

Supply chain five major key metrics.

➜ OT % - On-time delivery percentage
➜ IF % - In Full delivery percentage
➜ OTIF % - On time and In Full delivery percentage
➜ LIFR - Line Fill Rate
➜ VOFR - Volume Fill Rate

Charts Used:-

1) Bar Chart: To compare the orders, and delays between various customers
2) Sunburst: To analyze the delays happening at the location.
3) Performance Chart: Differentiate the performance and target values
4)Slicers: To slice and dice the data according to the ad-hoc requests

The customer management needs analysis of the performance of their call center and customer satisfaction. So as an analyst, I need to provide a dashboard with gives information on their quarterly data.

This is the dashboard that gives overall insights on the Agent, Customer calls that are answered, resolved, and issues related on which topic.

This graphical representation provides the performance of the agent on customer ratings.

Agent performance metrics:-
-resolved rating:- provides the overall agent-customer rating on the resolved issues.
-un-resolved ratings:- gives the experience of an agent over a Un-resolved issue. Need to be cautious as it is an average and dependent on
the number of issues.
-Speed of an answer:- Gives information on the availability and response from the customer.
-Overall performance:- This is an aggregated average from customer issue to satisfaction until the issue is resolved.
-Average handling time:- Give insights on call center traffic handled by agent.

The given task by the PwC is to analyze a telecom company's customer on their customer over a wide category with different services. Through the dashboard, the management gets insights into their services and causes like services or costs that affect the customers to lose.

Project Details

Customer Churn Analysis:- From the provided data and analysis, we can observe that most of the customers have subscribed to the services which is less than 1 year. However most of them did not enroll for the long-term contract, which signifies the cost might be the major reason. We can observe the tickets with tech are 3 times more over the admin, which tells us that technician services need to be improved by engaging them.

Customer Risk Analysis:- This risk analysis provides insight into different categories with churn rate. The churn rate tells us which customer categories are most likely to exit from the business contract. We can see "month to month" and "6-year" contract customers paying more that the 2,3,4, 5-year customers. So services cost need to be take care.

A pharma company has a promissory vision to maintain diversity over all levels of employment. In order to achieve this analytics team needs to provide the information to the company in gender classification, promotion, and age group between the two consecutive years 2019,2020.

Project Details

We can observe that the company has achieved near-equal gender employment at lower levels but not at higher positions. But coming to promotions male gender occupies more percentage than females and higher positions are encouraged in this scenario. Most of the employees come under the 20-40 age group, so there is high productivity when the manpower is utilized. The 2020 year performed low compared to 2019 in the age 16-19 category, so there is need for a development in the work atmosphere which suites them.
