 • Python Executable for Repo Cleanup: Created a Python .exe script to auto-sort XML files, eliminate duplicates, flag tag inconsistencies, and detect anomalies with line-specific warnings—removing dependency on ADX open-source tools.
 • Repo Validation with CI/CD: Built a YAML-based CI/CD pipeline to validate and clean Salesforce repos by removing unused classes, profiles, and permission sets - reducing pipeline failures.
 • Apex Test Coverage Integration: Integrated Apex code coverage in CI/CD using Salesforce API by mapping classes to their test classes and generating JSON files to trigger coverage validation in the pipeline.
 • Email-to-Case Automation: Built email-to-case processing with dynamic queue assignment and auto-population of account and contact fields, streamlining case handling and boosting support efficiency.
 • Deployment & Release Management: Part of the deployment team focused on Salesforce bug fixes and CI/CD pipeline set up in Azure DevOps, ensuring seamless releases across SIT, UAT, Stage, and Production environments.
