About Me


Welcome! I'm Mahtab, a data enthusiast with a strong foundation in customer support, underwriting, and management information systems. My journey began at Convergys as a Customer Support Associate, where I developed a deep understanding of customer needs. I then transitioned to SBI Cards as a Dedupe Underwriter, refining my analytical skills over nearly four years.
In 2023, I took on the role of an MIS Analyst at Vir Consultant, where I worked extensively with data management, reporting, and process optimization. These experiences have shaped my ability to analyze complex datasets, identify trends, and drive informed decision-making.
