I work with Power BI, SQL, and Python to make sense of messy data and turn it into insights that actually help teams take action. Whether it’s customer segmentation, revenue analysis, or building dashboards, I care about making data easy to understand and use.

One recent project helped uncover a 12% jump in repeat purchases, which led to a more focused retention strategy.

I’m comfortable handling the full process—cleaning, analyzing, visualizing—and I try to keep things simple, clear, and well-documented. I’m always improving my skills, currently diving deeper into Python automation and advanced SQL.

Domain/Function: Sales And Finance

Built a SQL-based analytics solution for Walmart’s sales dataset: created and populated relational tables, wrote advanced queries to identify top stores, analyze revenue trends, holiday impacts, and product performance.

Project Details

Walmart sales analytics project using SQL and a relational database. I ingested a 100k+ transaction dataset, designed tables, applied joins/window functions/CASE logic, and built queries for store comparisons, monthly/holiday sales trends, top product lines, payment methods, and customer demographics. Through thorough EDA, I uncovered high-performing branches and seasonal sale drivers, enabling data-driven optimization and strategy refinement for retail operations.

Created 2 reports for the sales team which will help them to evaluate customer performance and understand their market performance with respect to their target.

Customer Performance Report: Provides net sales performance of each customer across years

Market performance vs Target report across years: Enables stakeholders to assess the country's performance and compare it to set targets.

In this project, I created a sales report using excel pivot tables which will enable businesses to determine effective customer discounts, facilitate negotiations with consumers, and identify potential business expansion opportunities in promising countries. The reports generated will provide actionable insights and recommendations for businesses to optimize their sales strategies, enhance customer satisfaction, and maximize revenue generation.
