The managing director's strategic move to integrate Business and Data Intelligence aims to regain lost ground. This project aims to deliver actionable insights through historical data analysis. Objective: Create a comprehensive Business Intelligence dashboard for informed decision-making. Key Metrics: RevPAR, ADR, DSRN, DBRN, DURN, Occupancy %, Cancellation %. Features: Integration of Reference Label into New Card visual, interactive visualizations, drill-down functionality, dynamic filtering. Tools: Power BI, Excel. Insights may include booking trends, correlations between occupancy rates and revenue, impact of promotions, and identification of underperforming periods.
