About Me

Hello, I am Mayur V, currently working as an Associate BI Analyst at Leadenhall Analytics. I am a data enthusiast with strong foundation in Python, SQL, Advanced Excel and Power BI. With a background in engineering, I have come to develop strong analytical and problem-solving skills along with academic rigor.

I've been passionate about Data Science and Analytics ever since I took my college's CSE Dept's elective course on Machine Learning. Subsequently, a certification I took - IBM Data Science Specialization, enlightened me a lot on the field of Data Science and all the tools and technologies used. Additionally, I'm a Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate and have a strong functional knowledge of Power BI, DAX, Power Query. During my leisure time, I try to acquire domain knowledge in specific domains of interests and build relevant portfolio level projects. Project Background:
AtliQ Hardware, a subsidiary of AtliQ company, specializes in selling hardware components such as PCs, printers, and mice. The company distributes its products through both brick-and-mortar stores and E-commerce platforms. Additionally, it ensures product availability through two channels: retail and direct sales. AtliQ Hardware operates its exclusive stores, AtliQ Hardware Exclusive, and AtliQ Hardware e-store, an online platform.
1. Create Customer Performance Reports for both Global and India operations.
2. Conduct a evaluation of the Market Performance w.r.t Sales Targets.

🟢 Databel's customer churn situation prompts a comprehension investigation of every aspect of subscriber behavior, service usage, and satisfaction levels. This study navigates through company data, uncovering patterns and correlations that help better tackle churn.

Main Objectives:
1️⃣ Identify Contributing Factors: Through rigorous data analysis, the study aims to pinpoint the diverse factors influencing customer churn within Databel's subscriber base. This involves scrutinizing customer demographics, service usage patterns, and customer pain points.
2️⃣ Develop Strategic Interventions: Armed with insights derived from Power BI, formulate targeted strategies that directly address the identified churn drivers. Whether it's refining customer communication, optimizing service offerings, or enhancing overall customer experience, the goal is to enact interventions that foster loyalty.
