However, the company has been losing market share and revenue in the luxury/business hotel segment due to strong competition and ineffective decision-making. Recognizing the urgency to address these challenges, the management decided to leverage "Business and Data Intelligence" to regain their competitive edge.

Since AtliQ Grands lacked an in-house data analytics team, the revenue management team opted to hire a third-party service provider to analyze their historical data and deliver actionable insights.

Developed an interactive BI dashboard to analyze Zomato's sales and quantity sold across 1,000 cities, integrating data from Excel files and SQL databases. Built a robust data model, applied DAX functions, and designed dynamic visualizations to enhance data-driven decision-making.
