Data was extracted using SQL, cleaned in Excel, and modeled in Power BI with DAX. The dashboard includes KPIs, dynamic visuals, bookmarks, and auto-refresh capabilities. It improves data transparency, operational efficiency, and supports strategic growth through interactive business intelligence.
