Project Details

In this project, I created a sales report using excel pivot tables which will enable businesses to determine effective customer discounts, facilitate negotiations with consumers, and identify potential business expansion opportunities in promising countries. The reports generated will provide actionable insights and recommendations for businesses to optimize their sales strategies, enhance customer satisfaction, and maximize revenue generation.

Project Details

This project, which combines Power BI, SQL, and Excel, centers around addressing operational issues at AtliQ Hardware, a prominent global consumer electronics company. The company's heavy reliance on Excel for data analysis has led to significant losses in some regions. To rectify this, senior management aims to initiate a data analytics project, leveraging data from the previous year to enhance performance and drive improvements.
💼Finance View: shows profit and loss statement like GM,NP,NS etc. and performance over time chart w.r.t to key metrices.
📣Sales View: Shows customers and product performance , unit economics and performance matrix by NS and GM%
📣 Marketing View: Shows region and product performance , unit economics and performance matrix by NS and GM%

Developed an interactive Power BI dashboard for Ecommerce to monitor sales performance, track key trends, and rank product sales. Key features include vendor-specific filtering, dynamic period selection, daily sales trends with a 14-day moving average, and a box plot for top vendor sales.

Project Details

The Sales Analysis Dashboard for an ecommerce company with over 25,000 items, enables the Sales team to gain valuable insights into vendor performance, sales trends, and product rankings. This Power BI dashboard includes dynamic filters for vendors, sales managers, and date ranges, allowing users to explore data at a granular level. Key visualizations include daily sales with a 14-day moving average, a selectable period slicer (7d, 14d, 28d) for independent trend analysis, and a box plot to compare daily sales distribution across the top 10 vendors. Additionally, a custom DAX-powered table displays the second best-selling item for each vendor, verified through Excel for accuracy. The dashboard also features a drill-through report for vendor-specific metrics, making it a comprehensive tool for strategic decision-making and performance monitoring.
