Customized Dashboard: Engineered a versatile Power BI dashboard tailored to AtliQ Hardware’s requirements, providing detailed insights into various departments such as Finance, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain and Executive.

Data Integration: Consolidated data from diverse sources, including Excel/CSV files and a MySQL database, into Power BI for comprehensive analysis.

Data Modeling and Visualizations: Constructed a robust data model within Power BI, enabling the development of interactive and visually engaging visualizations to display key performance indicators (KPIs).

Project Details

I developed a Power BI dashboard for AtliQ Grands, a hotel chain facing declining revenue and market share due to poor competition analysis and management decisions. The project supported the revenue management team by providing key insights into financial performance and market positioning.

The process involved importing and verifying Excel data, followed by transformation and cleaning in Power Query. After building a data model, I used DAX to create measures for critical metrics like Revenue, RevPAR, ADR, and Occupancy. I also explored advanced metrics such as DBRN, DSRN, DURN, and Realization Percentage to provide deeper insights.

The final dashboard featured clear visualizations of total capacity, bookings, check-outs, occupancy, and cancellations, empowering the management team to make data-driven decisions. This project showcases my skills in data analysis, visualization, and business intelligence using Power BI and Excel.
