Welcome to my portfolio! I am an ambitious Data Analyst, driven by an unwavering passion for unraveling the stories hidden within data. While my academic journey led me to a B-tech in computer science and engineering and an M-tech in Artificial intelligence, I quickly discovered my innate talent and fervor for data analysis.

My proficiency extends across a powerful arsenal of tools, including Excel, PowerBI, SQL, and Python. These tools empower me to dive deep into data sets, extracting invaluable insights and transforming raw information into actionable knowledge.

Project Details

In this project, I created a sales report using Excel pivot tables which will enable businesses to determine effective customer discounts, facilitate negotiations with consumers, and identify potential business expansion opportunities in promising countries. The reports generated will provide actionable insights and recommendations for businesses to optimize their sales strategies, enhance customer satisfaction, and maximize revenue generation.

Project Details

In my project, I did a few important things to understand the data better.

1. **Cleaning Data:**
I made sure the data was tidy. If some information was missing or seemed a bit odd, I fixed it.

2. **Transforming Data:**
I added a new column to show the percentage of rooms occupied. This gives a quick idea of how full the rooms are.

3. **Finding Insights:**
I answered some key questions to uncover interesting things.
- I figured out how full rooms were on average, looking at different types of rooms and cities.
- I checked if there was a difference in room occupancy on weekdays compared to weekends.
- I studied how much money each city was making.
- I looked at the trends in revenue each month.
- I also examined month-by-month revenue.

Project Details

Atliq Hardware is a company that sells computer hardware products to big retailers like CROMA, Flipkart, Staples, and Best Buy, who then sell them to individual consumers. The problem is, that Atliq relies too much on Excel files to keep track of everything, and they want to find a better way to manage their data. The Data team from AtliQ, built a database using MySQL which is free and robust, and then created data-informed decisions with the help of SQL Queries.
