The reports generated will provide actionable insights and recommendations for businesses to optimize their sales strategies, enhance customer satisfaction, and maximize revenue generation.

Project Details

Embarked on an immersive journey into Atliq Hardware, a fictional leader in computer hardware. The primary objective? Empower the management with actionable insights, utilizing the powerful synergy of MySQL and PowerPoint.

In this project, I utilized powerful tools:

1) MySQL - for efficient database querying
2) Snapify- to create the SQL code snippet.
3) Powerpoint - for a compelling presentation of key insights

Key Findings & Solutions:
Unveiling pivotal metrics — from Gross Profit to Average Manufacturing Cost — laid the groundwork for strategic solutions, providing actionable insights crucial for informed decision-making.

Key takeaways from this project:

1. Applied crucial SQL concepts (Subqueries, Multiple joins, CTE, Window functions, etc.) to extract meaningful insights for a real-world business scenario.

Project Details

AtliQ Grands owns multiple five-star hotels across India. They have been in the hospitality industry for the past 20 years. Due to strategic moves from other competitors and ineffective decision-making in management, AtliQ Grands are losing its market share and revenue in the luxury/business hotels category. As a strategic move, the managing director of AtliQ Grands wanted to incorporate “Business and Data Intelligence” to regain their market share and revenue. However, they do not have an in-house data analytics team to provide them with these insights.

Their revenue management team had decided to hire a 3rd party service provider to provide them with insights from their historical data. I have created a Power BI report 📊 to visualize key metrics for AtliQ Grands Hotels across India.
