The insights obtained from my dashboard will help AtliQ Grands optimize its sales strategies, enhance customer satisfaction, and maximize revenue generation while remaining competitive in the hospitality industry.

My suggestions to regain market share:

• Implement a weekday/ weekend pricing strategy on business/ Leisure type.
• Vary ADR to optimize occupancy during off-seasons.
• Use Price elasticity to increase pricing to take advantage of peak seasons.
• Improve customer satisfaction through online review analysis, tailor business strategies, and enhance revenue channels.
• Increase revenue from direct offline by giving coupons & promotions.

These valuable findings empower AtliQ Grands to maximize revenue, offer the right promotions, and maintain a competitive edge.

As a Data Analyst for the AHA, I worked with the HCAHPS survey data, which evaluates the patient’s experience and satisfaction with their hospital care.

Using a Key Metric called NPS - It is a widely used metric to measure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Applied the Power BI ETL, data modeling, and DAX techniques to process and analyze the data.

Visuals: Heatmap, Shapemap with color saturation, Line chart, Treemap, and Gauge visual to display the data and discover insights.

Concepts: Tooltips and Bookmarks to enhance the interactivity and functionality of the report.

The analysis illuminated crucial aspects, including overall improvements and areas that demand focused attention.

Recommendations and Key Takeaways:
Areas of excellence, opportunities for growth, stability amiid change, regional dynamics, Need for survey awareness.
