About Me.

Hi, I'm Naveen Orsu, a Data Analyst based in Hyderabad with hands-on experience in Power BI, Advanced Excel, and SQL, specialising in financial and sales analytics. I hold a B.Com in Computer Applications from Osmania University with an 8.7 CGPA.

Currently at Accenture, I built a productivity dashboard tracking 38 team members, replacing manual reporting and saving hours every month.
I've also built end-to-end analytics solutions independently — including a Power BI P&L dashboard analysing 1.4M+ rows across 209 customers and 27 markets, using DAX, star/snowflake schema, and drill-through navigation.

I don't just build reports — I find the story behind the numbers, whether that's revenue concentration risks, underperforming markets, or GM% trends across divisions.
Currently seeking a Data Analyst role where I can apply this depth of financial and business analytics to real problems.

  • Cleaned and transformed 500,000+ rows of raw sales data using Power Query across 189 customers, 23 markets, and 298 products (FY2019–FY2021)
  • Built a dynamic P&L dashboard with monthly, quarterly, and yearly toggle views using Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, and SUMIFS — tracking Revenue, COGS, Gross Margin, Growth %, and Variance
  • Applied conditional formatting and variance flags to surface underperforming customers, identifying the lowest GM% at 23.22% for targeted profitability review
  • Converted raw transactional data into actionable financial insights supporting customer-level and market-level decision-making

  • Analyzed a 1.4M+ row financial dataset across 209 customers, 27 markets, and 397 products using CTEs and aggregations to rebuild P&L reporting logic migrated from Excel
  • Applied window functions to rank customers and markets by profitability and calculate period-over-period revenue trends across 27 markets
  • Cross-validated SQL outputs against Excel reports for Net Sales, COGS, and GM% — confirming data integrity across both reporting layers
