Project Overview: I created a dashboard for AtliQ Hardware, a company that sells computer hardware in India, to help them understand their business performance and make data-driven decisions.

Data Sources: I utilized data from Excel/CSV files and a MySQL database, integrating them into Power BI using Power Query and DAX.

Data Analysis and Visualization: I developed a data model and created various charts and visuals to illustrate the financial, sales, marketing, supply chain, and executive performance of the company.

Dashboard Interactivity: Additionally, I incorporated features such as filters, slicers, drill-downs, and tooltips to enhance dashboard interactivity and user-friendliness.

Performance Improvement: I optimized the dashboard’s performance using DAX Studio and adhered to best practices, resulting in a faster and more efficient report.
Business Impact: The dashboard aids AtliQ Hardware in identifying strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.

Project Details

Zomato's owners aim to find hidden irregularities in their company's data. The ultimate goal of this project is to examine the data in such a way that they can accurately assess their business performance.

The data (sample) is currently accessible in the form of a few Excel files, each of which contains information about multiple restaurants operating in a certain continent. The clients want to construct a consolidated and interactive Power BI report that will allow them to do the following:

1. Derive data on the total number of restaurants worldwide, including continents, countries, and cities
2. View data on a global scale with the capacity to drill down to a granular level
3. Derive data on the restaurants with the highest average customer ratings
4. Discover the restaurants with the lowest average costs
5. Identify the restaurants with the most cuisines served
6. Design a multi-page report that suits Zomato's theme with easy navigation across sections.

Problem Statement:
1. Despite the continuous efforts of RBC Bank to attract and retain customers, the industry faces a persistent challenge in the form of customer churn, leading to financial losses and reduced customer satisfaction.
2. It is advantageous for RBC Bank to know what leads a client towards the decision to leave the company.

Project Objective: -
1. This project aims to analyze the customer churn rate for RBC Bank because it is useful to understand why customers are leaving.

Project Overview:
1. Churn refers to customers leaving a bank or discontinuing their banking services.
2. Banking Churn Analysis is a process of studying customer behavior in the banking industry to predict and understand customer attrition or churn.
3. Banking Churn Modelling aims to identify patterns and factors that contribute to customer churn, enabling banks to take proactive measures to retain customers and improve customer satisfaction.

Project Details

AtliQ Grands, a company known for its luxury and business hotels, has been losing its market share and revenue due to competition and poor management decisions.
To bounce back the managing director decided to onboard a Business and Data Intelligence Team as the company lacked an in-house Data Analyst. So here we need to assume ourselves as Data Analysts and present the insights to the company.
This project can help the company to look at the areas where they need to concentrate for more profits.

By doing this project I gained Domain Knowledge, hospitality-related important metrics like RevPAR, DBRN, DSRN, Occupancy%, ADR, Realisation, etc and I also included all my learnings in this project.
