AtliQ Hardware initiated this project to enhance operational efficiency and strategic decision-making. Confronting challenges such as Excel overload and a need for concise insights, I, as part of the Data Analytics Team, focused on creating a sales analytic report. The objective was to streamline processes, empower sales negotiations, optimize discount deals, and boost team morale through performance-based bonuses, contributing to the overall success of the business.
