As a data analyst, I developed this project to support AtliQ Grand, a well-established luxury hotel chain, in regaining lost market share and improving revenue performance. Facing intense competition and a gap in data-driven decision-making, the organization sought actionable insights and strategic recommendations—roles I fulfilled through this project.

The dashboard offers a high-level overview of essential performance metrics such as total revenue, RevPAR (Revenue per Available Room), and occupancy rates. It also highlights key indicators including average daily rate (ADR), cancellation ratio, and other vital KPIs that provide a clear picture of operational effectiveness and business performance.
