Hi there! I’m an aspiring Data Analyst with a curious mind and a love for turning raw data into meaningful insights. While I’m currently pursuing my Bachelor’s in Electronics, I found my true passion in the world of data—where numbers tell stories and decisions are driven by insight.

Project Details

In this project, I created a sales report using excel pivot tables which will enable businesses to determine effective customer discounts, facilitate negotiations with consumers, and identify potential business expansion opportunities in promising countries. The reports generated will provide actionable insights and recommendations for businesses to optimize their sales strategies, enhance customer satisfaction, and maximize revenue generation.

Bengaluru shows the highest restaurant churn by a wide margin, indicating that Tier-1 cities were the most severely impacted during the crisis.

Across all cities, total orders dropped sharply during the crisis compared to pre-crisis levels, with Tier-1 markets like Bengaluru, Mumbai, and Delhi experiencing the steepest declines.

Project Details

In this project, I analyzed a major business downturn at QuickBite Express, a food-tech startup, to identify the causes of a ~71% revenue decline and high customer and restaurant churn. Using exploratory data analysis on customer, order, delivery, and rating datasets, I uncovered key issues such as food safety incidents, delivery delays, declining service quality, and loss of customer trust.

The analysis revealed a 93% churn among loyal customers and significant restaurant partner exits, especially in Tier-1 cities, leading to increased customer acquisition costs. Based on these insights, I proposed phased recovery strategies focused on operational stabilization, customer retention, and long-term business resilience.
