Deputy Manager - Third Party Products (Full-Time) JUL 2024 - Present


    • Owned and managed the Credit Life Insurance portfolio across 5 loan business verticals, leading partnerships with insurance providers to ensure seamless implementation, compliance, and consistent business performance.
    • Directed daily coordination with insurance partners, ensuring regulatory compliance and maintaining and renewing service level agreements collaborating with the legal team.
    • Led cross-functional collaboration with asset teams to refine SOPs and automate workflows.
    • Validated and improved data quality, reduced turnaround time by 67% for data sharing with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Identified root causes of low penetration in specific business units and negotiated with partners to expand underwriting limits, boosting attach rates by 25%.
    • Planned pricing strategies through competitor benchmarking and market analysis, maintaining customer affordability while delivering 60% portfolio income growth.
    • Worked on an Insurance platform for digital integration between bank and insurance partners. Created Business Requirement Document, carried out User acceptance testing and conducted training.
