• Enhanced the efficiency of the Customer Complaints department by developing a Python program that automated the conventional process of filing Excel dashboards and sheets.

• Revamped the CFT dashboard, transitioning it from a convoluted Excel spreadsheet to a highly accessible and user-friendly data visualization dashboard using Power BI

• Directed teams in coordinating efforts to address billing issues, facilitate payment discussions, and achieved a 15 % improvement in the billing system

AtliQ Hardware is growing rapidly in the recent years, and they have decided to implement the data analytics using PowerBi in their company for the first time to surpass their competitors in the market and to make data driven decisions. This project is hoped to give answers to the questions of stakeholder in terms all the aspects like finance, sales, marketing and supply chain. The project involved creating a Power BI dashboard for Atliq Hardware, providing automated data analysis for the finance, sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to enhance decision-making

- 56% of respondents were young people, presenting an excellent opportunity to connect with the youth
- Online ads were the most effective and cost-efficient way to reach our target audience
- Consumers preferred energy drinks with caffeine and natural Ingredients.
- Tier 2 cities showed great potential for expansion
- 45% preferred purchasing from supermarkets, while 25% preferred online channels
- Consumers desired healthier options, including reduced sugar and natural ingredients

📌 RevPAR(Revenue generated per available room(both booked and non booked))
📌Occupancy means how many rooms are occupied among all the available rooms.
📌ADR(Average Daily Rate) is the measure of average paid for rooms sold in a given time, it also tells how pricing of a hotel room is
📌DSRN(Daily Sellable Room Nights) This metrics tells us on an average how many rooms are ready to sell for a day
📌DBRN(Daily Booked Room Nights) This metric tells us how many rooms are booked per night . Also includes cancellation & no show measures
📌Cancellation means the customers who cancelled their bookings and got a refund of 40%
📌No Show means the customers who neither cancelled their bookings nor showed up
📌DURN(Daily Utilized Room Nights) This metric tells us how many rooms are utilized per night
📌Realization tells about how many rooms were actually utilized among booked rooms and many more.
