AtliQ Hardware is a consumer goods electronics company having operations in various countries. Their business is growing rapidly and they still rely on excel files for data analytics. Excel files are hard to consume and not effective in generating insights. Also due to the lack of effective analytics the company faced a major loss in Latin America.
Senior executives of this company have decided to invest in a data analytics project to take data driven decisions in day to day business so they wanted to have clear Overview which will get them some instant insights on the business which will help them take necessary decisions which in turn helps save time. so I have created this visually appealing interactive dashboard for six different teams which in turn helping them take decision resulted in 10 % Improved performance across the department/Teams.

Hospitality Industry Revenue Insights

•Designed user friendly dashboard to visualize data, helping stakeholders make decisions that increased revenue based on the data and improved guest satisfaction •Implemented tailored KPI’s and metrics, which could help to 15% increase in revenue and 20% improvement in recapture the market share.

It shows all the Important KPI's in Hospitality domain such as ADR, Revpar, Occupancy rate, etc along with key trends in the industry

Project Details

AtliQ Grands owns multiple five-star hotels across India. They have been in the hospitality industry for the past 20 years. Due to strategic moves from other competitors and ineffective decision-making in management, AtliQ Grands are losing its market share and revenue in the luxury/business hotels category. As a strategic move, the managing director of AtliQ Grands wanted to incorporate “Business and Data Intelligence” to regain their market share and revenue. However, they do not have an in-house data analytics team to provide them with these insights.

Their revenue management team had decided to hire a 3rd party service provider to provide them with insights from their historical data.

Being a Data Analyst, I was Tasked with Analyzing the Lok-Sabha election data for 2014 and 2019 using Excel and Power Bi focusing primarily on primary questions shared such as voter turn out ratio's constituencies/ states with highest and lowest turnout ratio, winning party in consecutive elections, winning margin, vote share %, constituency with maximum NOTA Votes, etc.
