Project Details

Built an interactive Power BI dashboard by connecting and transforming raw data across multiple business domains—Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain. Cleaned and modeled data using Power Query and established relationships between fact and dimension tables. Applied DAX to create calculated columns and measures for key metrics like net sales, GM, Forecast Accuracy, and Net Profit.
Sales data was analyzed to track regional and product-wise performance; marketing data focused on customer engagement; finance data highlighted costs, revenues, and profitability; and supply chain data covered forecast accuracy, net & absolute error, stock levels & risk. Each functional area was visualized in separate report views, with an additional Executive View designed for quick strategic insights. The dashboard emphasizes user-friendly design and data-driven storytelling to simulate decision-making in a real-world business environment.
