Key Account Manager (Sales) , Euro Foods Pvt Ltd , New Delhi                                                                         Jul 2022 – Present

Key Responsibilities-

·        Identify and develop strategic relationships with key customers.

·        Develop and execute customized sales strategies for each key account.

·        Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers.

·        Conduct regular business reviews with key customers.

·        Gather and analyze customer feedback.

·        Develop a deep understanding of each key customer's business needs.

·        Communicate customer insights and market trends to internal stakeholders.

·        Meet or exceed sales targets for key accounts.

·        Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within existing key accounts.

·        Develop and execute retention strategies.

·        Provide regular sales updates and forecasts to management.

·        IndiaMart Inquiries convert into sales.

·        Quotations, Proforma Invoices & annual tenders process directly with clients.

Additionally, Responsibilities-

·        Processing the orders and invoicing on daily basis and coordinate with dispatch department.

·        Daily Key client orders, deliveries & payment follow-up and update in ERP TALLY.

·        Credit Notes, Debit Notes & Reconciliation ledgers.

·        Key client inquiries and issues resolving promptly to maintain client satisfaction.

·        Sales report Power BI Quarterly submit to the management.
