Data Analytics Initiative:
AtliQ Hardware's management recognized the importance of robust data analytics for informed decision-making. To enhance this capability, they expanded their team with junior data analysts.

Project Objective:
Our task involves addressing 10 Ad-hoc Requests from management using SQL queries and transforming the results into insightful visualizations. We will present actionable insights to Top-Level Management based on our data analysis.

Developing an engaging Power BI dashboard for dynamic, real-time data analysis. Incorporating essential hospitality metrics such as Revenue, Occupancy%, Realisation %, RevPAR, ADR, DSRN, and DURN. Analyzing historical data to identify opportunities for revenue enhancement. Providing actionable insights to guide pricing and occupancy decisions strategically.
