The Atliq Hardware Sales & Finance Performance Analysis project was designed to enhance the company's financial performance by focusing on Gross Margin and Net Sales improvement. AtliQ, a global hardware company selling peripherals like PCs, keyboards and printers, required comprehensive insights into both sales and financial metrics.

This project involves two key areas:

Sales Report:

Customer Performance Analysis: A deep dive into customer sales data over the years, emphasizing growth percentages and sales figures.
Market Performance vs. Sales Targets: A comparative analysis of market performance against set sales targets, providing insights into the effectiveness of sales strategies.

Finance Report:

P&L Reports by Fiscal Year/Months: Profit and Loss reports are broken down by fiscal year and months to assess financial performance over time.
P&L Reports by Markets: P&L reports are also segmented by markets to allow for benchmarking and competitive analysis.

AtliQ Hardware faced significant losses from a poorly analyzed store opening in America. To stay competitive, it became clear that AtliQ needed to build an analytics team to enhance decision-making processes.

Using Power BI, I analyzed over 1.5 million records to provide actionable business insights and help AtliQ make informed decisions.
