It's an Excel Dashboard for HR based on Attrition of employees based on several factors.

OBJECTIVE: Working preference of employees, sick leave percentage insights & trend.

SOLUTION: - Transformed data using power query
- Created additional columns using DAX and designed a dashboard showcasing insights for WFH/WFO preference
- Trends showing the months where the majority of employees take leaves or seasonal trends around festival times etc. with underlying individual data for all employees.

ACHIEVEMENTS: 1) Understanding of Presence percentage for team building activities or team lunch.
2) Better capacity planning & saving cost on infrastructure
3) Better planning on release schedule of projects of clients
4) Full understanding of data where we can see presence percentage is declining, percentage of people WFH is increasing, sick leaves are slightly increasing
5) Presence %, WFH percentage & Sick % of different day of the week.

Atliq Hardwares (imaginary company) is one of the leading computer hardware producers in India and well expanded in other countries too.
However, the management noticed that they do not get enough insights to make quick and smart data-informed decisions. They want to expand their data analytics team by adding several junior data analysts. Tony Sharma, their data analytics director wanted to hire someone who is good at both tech and soft skills. Hence, he decided to conduct a SQL challenge which will help him understand both the skills.
