By reviewing historical and current booking data, I calculated the Average Daily Rate (ADR), applied adjustment factors, and developed data-driven pricing strategies. The Central Business District location suggests a business-heavy market, supported by significant revenue and booking patterns. To refine pricing strategies, additional data on customer patterns, competitor prices, historical trends, and event schedules would be valuable. Key insights include seasonal trends, booking gaps, and performance comparisons highlighting COVID-19 impacts. This project deepened my understanding of hospitality KPIs, including the significance of RevPAR, ADR, and occupancy rates.
