In this project, I developed an Excel dashboard to analyze the sales performance of a coffee shop. The analysis focused on several key areas: total sales, customer footfall, and product performance across different categories. Using pivot tables and charts, I visualized crucial metrics, including sales distribution by product category, peak sales hours, and the most popular products. The dashboard also included a breakdown of sales and footfall across various store locations and detailed insights into order sizes. These visualizations allowed for easy identification of trends, such as which days and times saw the highest foot traffic and sales, and which products contributed the most to revenue. The insights gained from this analysis can help optimize inventory management, marketing strategies, and overall business operations, making it a valuable tool for data-driven decision-making in a retail environment.
