Project Details

AtliQ Media is a private media company and they wanted to telecast a show on Lok
Sabha elections 2024 in India. Unlike other channels they do not want to have a
debate on who is going to win this election, they rather wanted to present insights
from 2014 and 2019 elections without any bias and discuss less explored themes
like voter turnout percentage in India. Me being a data analyst in the company,
is handed over this task of generating meaningful insights from data. Since this is
a sensitive topic, I seeked help from my manager Tony Sharma who provided the
list of primary and secondary questions.

Project Details

In the "Consumer Goods Domain" project , I worked on database of Atliq Hardwares. Facing the challenge of data-informed decisions, I answered ten ad-hoc requests to extract actionable insights.
Findings revealed a substantial increase in unique products, a dominant 'Notebook' segment, and a flourishing 'Accessories' category. Sales seasonality and the pivotal role of the 'Retailer' channel were uncovered.
Key learnings included the transformative potential of data analytics for informed decisions, the consumer goods market's dynamic nature, the value of product diversity, the significance of seasonality awareness, and the role of distribution channels in shaping sales outcomes.
The project enhanced my data analysis, problem-solving, and communication skills, contributing to my growth as a data analyst.

This project involved detailed examination and visualization of sales data to uncover key trends and insights. Key analyses included identifying top-selling drugs, regional sales performance, quarterly and yearly sales trends.

Domain/Function: Business Insights

I created a Power BI dashboard called Business Insights 360 for AtliQ Hardwares, a company that sells computer hardwares. The dashboard helps them to understand their financial, sales, marketing, supply chain, and executive performance.

This is the finance view, which shows the important details of finance such as revenue, profit, cost, budget, variance, and ROI.

This is the supply chain view, which shows forecast accuracy, net error and risk profile for product, segment, customer etc.

Project Details

Project Overview: I created a dashboard for AtliQ Hardware, a company that sells computer hardwares in India, to help them understand their business performance and make data-driven decisions.
Data Sources: I used data from Excel/CSV files and a MySQL database, and integrated them into Power BI using Power Query and DAX.
Data Analysis and Visualization: I developed a data model and created various charts and visuals to show the financial, sales, marketing, supply chain, and executive performance of the company.
Dashboard Interactivity: I also added features such as filters, slicers, drill-downs, and tooltips to make the dashboard interactive and user-friendly.
Performance Improvement: I optimized the dashboard’s performance using DAX Studio and best practices, resulting in a faster and more efficient report.
Business Impact: The dashboard helps AtliQ Hardware to identify their strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats, and areas for improvement.

This Dashboard aims to offer a holistic snapshot of key loan-related metrics and data points, enabling users to access critical information efficiently. There are mainly 3 Dashboards viz Summary, Overview & Details. By providing insights into metrics such as 'Total Loan Applications,' 'Total Funded Amount,' 'Total Amount Received,' 'Month-to-Date (MTD) Funded Amount,' 'MTD Amount Received,' 'Average Interest Rate,' and 'Average Debt-to-Income Ratio (DTI),' this dashboard will empower us to make data-driven decisions and assess the health of our loan portfolio.
