Project Details

In this project, I used advanced Excel skills to develop a financial and performance reporting system for Atliq Hardware. It included a detailed P&L statement segmented by fiscal year and month, along with two performance reports using pivot tables.

Key Metrics:
- Net sales: Revenue from sales activities.
- COGS: Direct production costs.
- Gross margin: Net sales minus COGS.
- GM%: Profitability as a percentage.

Performance Reports:
- Customer report: Analyzed net sales by customer, highlighting top contributors.
- Market vs. target report: Compared actual performance against targets, identifying growth opportunities.

By applying pivot tables, data validation, and conditional formatting, I created dynamic, insightful reports that supported data-driven decision-making.
