AtliQ Hardware, a global manufacturer, tasked us with extracting insights from their 1.8 million-entry dataset. Crafted reports and dashboards, enabling data driven decision making across diverse business domains such as Finance, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain and Executive.

Marketing View Analyze the performance of your product(s) over key metrics like Net Sales, Gross Margin and view the same in profitability / Growth

Supply Chain View Get Forecast Accuracy, Net Error and risk profile for product, segment, category, customer etc.

Project Details

1. Connect & Import Data:
Ingested over 1.8 million records from diverse sources like Excel, CSV, and MySQL into Power BI, ensuring a unified data platform for in-depth analysis.

2. Extract, Transform & Load Data (ETL):
Applied Power Query for seamless extraction, transformation, and loading, optimizing data flow. Leveraged DAX Studio to reduce load time and storage by 25%.

3. Data Model and DAX:
Engineered a robust data model with 15+ tables using a Snowflake Schema, fostering efficient relationships. Utilized DAX for insightful calculated columns and measures.

4. Create Reports:
Crafted tailored reports, including P&L for Finance, Sales Performance Matrix, NP% and GM% for Marketing, Forecast Accuracy for Supply Chain, and Market Share Trend for Executives.

5. Dashboard Creation:
Engineered a versatile Power BI dashboard, catering to AtliQ Hardware's departmental needs, facilitating a holistic view of critical insights.
