In this project, I created a sales report using Excel pivot tables, helping businesses find the right customer discounts, improve negotiations, and spot growth opportunities. The reports provide actionable insights to optimize sales, boost customer satisfaction, and increase revenue. Ultimately, the aim is to equip businesses with tools for better sales, promoting growth and competitiveness.

Excel reliance led to losses, prompting a data analytics project. Using last year's data, our goal is to drive performance improvements. The Dashboard serves stakeholders from Finance, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and the executive team, offering tailored views:

💼Finance: Displays profit and loss, metrics like GM, NP, NS, and charts performance over time.

📣Sales: Illustrates customer and product performance, unit economics, and key metrics by NS and GM%.

📣Marketing: Highlights region and product performance, unit economics, and key metrics by NS and GM%.

🚚Supply Chain: Exhibits forecast accuracy, Net Error, trends, and key metrics by customers and product.

AtliQ Grands owns multiple five-star hotels across India.Due to strategic moves from other competitors and ineffective decision-making in management, AtliQ Grands are losing its market share and revenue in the luxury/business hotels category.

AtliQ revenue management team has provided us with sample data and mock-up dashboard. The task is to complete the dashboard and provide useful insights from their historical data that can help in business improvement.

Key Tasks Completed:
1. Created metrics according to the specified metric list.
2. Crafted a dashboard that aligns seamlessly with the stakeholder's mock-up.
3. Unveiled relevant insights that go beyond the confines of the metric list and the mock-up dashboard.
