Atliq Hardwares (imaginary company) is one of the leading computer hardware producers in India and well expanded in other countries too.
However, the management noticed that they do not get enough insights to make quick and smart data-informed decisions. They want to expand their data analytics team by adding several junior data analysts. Tony Sharma, their data analytics director wanted to hire someone who is good at both tech and soft skills. Hence, he decided to conduct a SQL challenge which will help him understand both the skills.

I want to discover important insights that can guide the Telangana government in making smart decisions for the state's growth.

* This project involved a comprehensive analysis of Telangana's economic landscape, focusing on key sectors and growth indicators.

* Using Power BI, I processed and visualized extensive datasets, shedding light on investment patterns, document registration revenue, and vehicle sales variations across districts.

* The insights extracted from the data have the potential to inform strategic decisions for the Telangana Government's sustainable development initiatives.

* Atliq Hardware is a company that specializes in selling a wide range of hardware products, including personal computers, mice, printers, and various other peripheral devices. Their diverse product lineup appeals to a broad range of customers.
* Atliq not only sells these hardware goods but also manufactures them. To make these products available to customers, they use intermediaries. These intermediaries can be physical retail giants like Croma and Best Buy and popular online marketplaces such as Flipkart and Amazon.
* These intermediaries play a crucial role as they serve as a bridge connecting Atliq's products with the end consumers, effectively making these products accessible to the general public.

AtliQ Mart is a growing FMCG manufacturer headquartered in Gujarat, India. It is currently operational in three cities. Surat, Ahmedabad, Vadodara.
AtliQ Mart aims to expand its operations to other metro cities within the next two years. However, the company is currently facing a critical challenge. Several key customers have not renewed their annual contracts due to service issues. These problems are mainly related to the delivery of essential products. On several occasions, these products were either not delivered “on time” or not delivered “in full” over an extended period. This has resulted in poor customer service and dissatisfaction.
My Role on this project : Hi, I’m Rajesh, the data analyst in the supply chain team at AtliQ Mart. I recently joined the company and briefed about the task in the stakeholder business review meeting. Today, I'm excited to discuss the role I'll be building a dashboard to address the supply chain challenges.

▪️ The sales director of the company is facing a lot of issues in terms of understanding how the business is performing and what are all the problems the company is facing currently as the sales are not as expected and declining gradually. Whenever he calls the regional managers to get the current status of the sales and market, as human behavior, these people Humans are not comfortable consuming numbers from Excel files, which is an obvious reason for the frustration.

Solution
▪️ Sales director of the AltiQ hardware, decided to build a PowerBI Dashboard for converting the data into visual representation to make data-driven decisions. So, he hired a team of data people to complete this task.

Due to strategic moves from other competitors and ineffective decision-making in management, AtliQ Grands are losing its market share and revenue in the luxury/business hotels category. As a strategic move, the managing director of AtliQ Grands wanted to incorporate “Business and Data Intelligence” to regain their market share and revenue. However, they do not have an in-house data analytics team to provide them with these insights.
Their revenue management team had decided to hire a 3rd party service provider to provide them with insights from their historical data.
