In this project, I examined the dashboard data to grasp the impact of introducing 5G on our business.

1.Identified Underperforming KPI: Determined which key performance indicator (KPI) did not meet expectations post the 5G launch.

2.Evaluated Plan Performance: Studied revenue trends to identify successful plans and those needing enhancement.

3.Plan Performance Analysis : Analyzed how 5G affected different plans, suggesting whether they should continue or be discontinued.

4.Discontinued Plan Analysis: Explored plans discontinued after 5G's launch, providing reasons behind these decisions.

Project Details

AtliQ Mart is currently facing a problem where a few key customers did not extend the annual contract due to service issues. It is speculated that some of the essential products were either not delivered on time or not delivered in full over a continued period, which could have resulted in bad customer service. Management wants to fix this issue before expanding to other cities and requested their supply chain analytics team to track the ’On time’ and ‘In Full’ delivery service level for all the customers on a daily basis so that they can respond swiftly to these issues.

The Supply Chain team decided to use a standard approach to measure the service level in which they will measure ‘on-time delivery (OT) %’, ‘In-full delivery (IF) %’ and On Time in full (OTIF) % of the customer orders on a daily basis against the target service level set for each customer.

•Customized Dashboard: Developed a multi-functional Power BI dashboard to specifically meet AtliQ Hardware's needs, allowing them to gain insights into their various departments.

•Data Integration: Data was sourced from disparate locations, including Excel/CSV files and a MySQL database, and seamlessly integrated into Power BI for comprehensive analysis.

•Data Model and Visualizations: A robust data model was developed within Power BI, enabling the creation of visually appealing and interactive visualizations to represent key performance indicators (KPIs).

•Performance Optimization: The dashboard's performance was significantly improved using DAX Studio, resulting in a 5% increase in report efficiency.

•Data-Driven Decisions: AtliQ Hardware can now analyze trends across different departments, empowering them to make data-driven decisions
